Breona Russell is a beauty industry veteran, with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry with highly coveted brands such as MAC Cosmetics and Blue Mercury. She utilized her professional experiences to her advantage by completing various trainings, earning certifications and broadening her skill set. She has also trained and mentored dozens of other Makeup professionals during her Cosmetic Management Career. 

 

Breona’s strengths lie in her innate ability to understand her client’s and produce a distinct look that aligns with their need, whether it be a special event, wedding or a night out on the town. Her passion translates into her work effortlessly, as she is recognized by her clients and peers alike for ability to create classic looks with a side of glam. As both a freelance Makeup Artist and an employee for major cosmetic companies, Breona’s skills are widely diverse, as she has a broad background of working with clients of all races, genders, ages and cultures.

 

Currently, she is a full-time freelance makeup artist and recent graduate receiving her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. She credits the experience from earning her degree with providing her with more insight on how to structure her business, market effectively and increase her brand awareness as an industry professional. As a result of her experiences, she has developed highly refined customer service skills that is evident through her connection with her clients. Breona has the skincare knowledge, diversified skill set and product knowledge to assist her clients in looking and feeling their best, even after they have left her chair.
